• You own the documents you create and are responsible for their content and for how you use them.

• Because your documents are stored only in your browser, keep your own copies. We cannot recover documents that are lost when browser data is cleared.

Do not use SellerReceipt to create fake, fraudulent or misleading documents, to impersonate another business, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not try to disrupt, overload or attack the site.

4. No professional advice

The templates and guides on this site are general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SellerReceipt is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from errors in documents you create, lost data, or your reliance on the site.
